What you’re going to do
At this position, your tasks will be highly varied. One day you might be performing (preventive) maintenance on industrial compressors, while the next you could be conducting complex repairs on a generator. In short, you’ll have plenty of technical challenges and day-to-day variety.
Responsibilities
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on rental equipment such as diesel generators and compressors to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance routines to guarantee fleet reliability
• Troubleshoot technical issues, including mechanical and electrical problems, on site or in the workshop
• Prepare equipment efficiently after use to ensure readiness for the next customer
• Document maintenance activities and communicate technical findings clearly to team members and clients
What we expect
Education & Knowledge
• Master Degree or equivalent
Skills & Experience
— At least 2/3 years as a workshop technician/ engineer — Bachelor’s degree in electromechanics or a related technical field — Strong knowledge of diesel engines, compressors, and electrical systems, including reading electrical diagrams — Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills for technical discussions and documentation — Proven problem solving skills, results oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently or in a team — Flexibility regarding working hours and a proactive attitude toward continuous learning and development
