Do you also arrange housing and transport?

Yes. We provide housing within a range of 35-minute drive from your company and arrange daily transport between home and work.

Are employees insured?

Yes. All employees are registered with a health insurance fund at the start of their contract and are also covered against workplace accidents.

Under what type of contract are employees employed?

All employees are hired under a fixed-term Belgian contract with YourWork. They receive a Belgian national registration number (INSZ) and a valid Dimona registration from day one, fully compliant with Belgian law.

For how long can we engage employees?

We focus on long-term partnerships, but can also cover seasonal peak periods of several months.

How quickly can you provide employees?

Depending on the required profile and availability, we can provide employees within a short timeframe.

In which sectors are you active?

We operate in: - Food production: operators, packers, production workers, quality controllers, line workers,… - Logistics & warehousing: reach truck drivers, forklift operators, order pickers, warehouse workers, loaders/unloaders,… - Production & manufacturing: machine operators, assemblers, production employees, shift operators,… - Packaging & processing: packaging operators, labeling staff, sorting workers,… - Transport & distribution: drivers, logistics coordinators,… We prefer technical skilled profiles.

What language do the employees speak?

The majority of our employees can communicate in English and/or in their native language.

What happens in case of illness, absence, or issues?

We follow up quickly and arrange a suitable replacement when needed.

What rates do you charge?

What is the cost of housing?

Between € 130 and € 160 weekly, depending on the roomtype (single or twin-bedded room).

How many people share a house or apartment?

You share an apartment with a maximum of 3 other people and a house with maximum 6 other people.

How many people share a room?

A single room is for one person, a twin-bedded room for two people.

Is transport arranged?

Yes, we provide daily transport between home and work.

What languages are spoken in Belgium?

Dutch, French, German, and English.

What will my working environment be like?

How long can I stay and work?

From a minimum of 3 months to several years; we focus on a long-term relationship with our partners.

When will I receive my salary?

We work with a weekly advance. The remaining amount is paid at the start of the following month (monthly payslip).

What support do I get upon arrival?

We pick you up at the airport and bring you to your accommodation. A colleague will show you around. You sign your contract at our office and receive all the information you need. We’re always reachable by phone.

Do I need to bring my own bedding?

Yes. But if needed, upon your arrival, we can provide you with a new pillow, duvet, mattress protector, duvet cover and a bedsheet. The linen set has a value of € 37,50.

What about work clothes and safety shoes?

Work clothing is provided in liaison with our partners. We provide safety shoes, ready at your accommodation upon arrival. The shoes have a value of € 32,50.
